Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a printable shipping label.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all protective fillers and tags, to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the pre-paid label provided; the return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
